Dennis brings a lifetime of leadership and service to the business as a retired Air Force pilot. His military career taught him the importance of discipline, integrity, and teamwork, qualities that continue to guide the way he and Alisia operate their company today. Together, they have created a business culture focused on doing the right thing, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Family is at the center of their success story. Dennis and Alisia are proud parents of five boys, and several of their sons have become part of the business. Working side by side has allowed them to create something meaningful together while teaching the next generation the value of hard work, responsibility, and serving their community.
